Two positions are available for passionate professionals ready to deliver impactful psychological and mental health services.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in school psychology from an accredited institution
- At least two years of experience as a school psychology intern or equivalent training
- Current state certification as a School Psychologist
- In-depth understanding of psychoeducational evaluations, special education eligibility, and IEP processes
- Strong proficiency in interpreting assessment results and preparing comprehensive reports
- Excellent collaboration, consultation, and crisis intervention skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, administrators, parents, and external agencies
- Comfortable using computers and various office equipment; able to manage and maintain accurate records
- Physical ability to perform sedentary and occasionally active duties, such as transporting materials under 10 pounds
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual psychoeducational assessments and communicate findings with parents, teachers, and school teams
- Observe and evaluate student behavior, review educational and medical data, and collaborate on intervention strategies
- Deliver mental health counseling services, both individually and in groups
- Provide crisis intervention and participate in school and district-level crisis management
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to develop IEPs and facilitate student success
- Engage in regular consultations, in-services, and ongoing professional development
- Maintain compliance with federal and state education laws and district policies
