Key Qualifications:
- Current Illinois School Psychologist certification required
- Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and observations
- Familiarity with MTSS frameworks and data-based decision-making
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting
- Ability to work part-time (3 days per week) within an elementary caseload
Core Responsibilities:
- Carry out psychoeducational evaluations to determine student needs and eligibility for services
- Conduct classroom observations and provide consultative support to teachers
- Assist in developing and monitoring interventions within the MTSS process
- Prepare and present clear evaluation reports
- Attend and contribute to team meetings, including those focused on student support and intervention planning
This contract role offers compensation ranging from $53 to $58 per hour, depending on experience.
