Key responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for eligibility, programming, and intervention planning
- Support individualized education program (IEP) development and IEP meetings
- Deliver direct counseling and crisis intervention to students
- Consult and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and administrators
- Design and implement social-emotional learning initiatives
- Foster inclusive, supportive learning environments for diverse student needs
- Serve as a resource and advocate for both students and families
