Bring your expertise as a School Psychologist to a collaborative and student-centric environment for a full-time, onsite contract opportunity in a dynamic school setting. With two available positions—one for a 6th-8th grade caseload and another with a middle school focus including some OOD evaluations and overflow—you’ll play a vital role in supporting students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional development.
Your schedule will be consistent, with 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, dedicated exclusively in person. For the 6th-8th grade position, work hours are from 8:15 AM to 3:00 PM; for the middle school-focused role, hours are 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through June 10, 2027, offering both stability and the chance to build strong, impactful relationships with students and faculty.
Your background should include:
- Active, up-to-date Pennsylvania certification/licensure
- Prior experience as a School Psychologist within a school environment
- Confidence with evaluations, assessments, and potentially overseeing OOD evaluations or overflow as needed
- Proven ability to work effectively in an urban district and adapt comfortably to diverse settings
- Willingness and ability to work exclusively onsite for the full work week, with reliable transportation
- Completion of all mandatory Pennsylvania clearances
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide insight into individualized education plans
- Deliver direct support and interventions for students
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to foster a supportive learning environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all compliance standards
