Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – 2026–2027 School Year
Location: Morgan Hill
Assignment: 2026–2027 School Year
Schedule: 37.5 Hours per Week
Compensation: $47–$55+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Position Summary
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students during the 2026–2027 school year. The BCBA will collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective behavioral interventions that promote student success across educational settings.
Essential Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations
- Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide consultation and training to teachers, staff, and families regarding behavior management strategies
- Analyze behavioral data and make evidence-based recommendations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student academic, social, and behavioral goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavioral expertise as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and district requirements
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working in educational or school-based settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
