Key Qualifications:
- Active Delaware (DE) School Psychologist licensure (required)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting, preferably spanning preschool through high school populations
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting psychoeducational assessments and writing comprehensive reports
- Experience participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to effectively manage a varied caseload across multiple grade levels
- Reliable transportation to travel between school sites as needed
- Capacity to work full-time (37.5 hours/week) on-site; hybrid/remote not available
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations for diverse student populations
- Prepare detailed assessment reports to guide educational planning and interventions
- Participate as an active member in IEP team meetings, providing professional input to support student growth
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to address students’ academic and behavioral needs
- Provide consultation and support to staff regarding best practices, interventions, and student mental health concerns
- Ensure all required documentation is completed promptly and accurately
