Key Qualifications:
- Active Delaware School Psychologist License (required)
- Prior experience in school-based settings, ideally across various age groups
- Demonstrated proficiency conducting psychoeducational evaluations and preparing comprehensive reports
- Familiarity and experience participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
- Comfortable managing a dynamic caseload in an in-person, multi-site, preschool–high school environment
- Reliable transportation to support multiple school locations
- Willing and able to complete required fingerprinting process within the first few days
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver psychoeducational assessments to students from early childhood through high school
- Prepare detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations
- Actively participate in IEP meetings, contributing to the planning and delivery of student interventions
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to address student needs
- Provide direct support and counseling when appropriate for students’ social, emotional, and behavioral growth
