Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible School Psychologist licensure in Ohio
- Experience with K-12 populations is preferred
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Effective communication and organizational abilities
- Adaptable, compassionate, and dedicated approach to student well-being
- In-person availability is strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative psychological services to students across K-12 grade levels
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to inform individualized education plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to design interventions for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support
- Deliver counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Assist in the development and implementation of positive behavioral supports
- Advocate for students’ needs and contribute to a positive school climate
- Maintain accurate records and participate in meetings as required
