Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current certification/license as a School Psychologist
- Experience working within K-12 school environments

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Dedication to equitable support for diverse student populations
- Experience with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and special education processes
- Ability to manage caseloads across more than one site

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to guide student support
- Consult with teachers and staff to develop classroom strategies and interventions
- Lead or participate in eligibility and IEP meetings as needed
- Facilitate crisis interventions and provide short-term counseling services
- Monitor progress, document findings, and maintain accurate records
- Partner with families to address academic or behavioral concerns
- Support the social-emotional development of students through both group and individual interventions
