School Psychologist
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join a supportive school district in Rhode Island. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work with elementary-aged students and collaborate with educators, families, and service providers to support student success.
Details:
- Full-time position
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Elementary school caseload
- Immediate start available
- Assignment through mid-July
- Caseload details discussed during the interview process
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
- Participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
- Interpret assessment data and provide recommendations
- Support student academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
- Maintain compliance with state and district guidelines
Qualifications:
- Active Rhode Island School Psychologist certification/license required
- Master's, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Strong assessment, consultation, and communication skills
- Previous school-based experience preferred
