Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state credential or eligibility for School Psychologist licensure
- Proven experience in psychological assessment, report writing, and intervention planning
- Strong communication skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize caseload in a school setting
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive atmosphere for diverse learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families on the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students as needed
- Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) processes
- Offer consultation to teachers and school staff on strategies to improve student outcomes
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards
