Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- Valid state certification/license as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with diverse student populations in educational settings
- Strong skills in assessments, intervention planning, and counseling
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to adapt to different school environments across elementary, middle, and high school levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and academic assessments for students, interpreting results for eligibility and planning
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide individual and group counseling to address a range of academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
- Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to support data-driven interventions and school-wide initiatives
- Deliver crisis support and consultation to staff, students, and families when needed
- Promote positive school climates and advocate for student success across multiple campuses
