Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students across all grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers and administrators to design and implement evidence-based intervention strategies
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support as needed
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the creation of student plans
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Serve as a resource to staff and families regarding social, emotional, and academic development
