- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Nebraska state certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience at the elementary school level is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in conducting comprehensive psychological assessments
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, families, and educators
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct educational and psychological assessments for students as needed
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver counseling and support services to individual students or groups
- Participate in multi-disciplinary assessment teams and response-to-intervention (RTI) processes
- Provide crisis intervention and contribute to the creation of positive school environments
- Maintain timely and accurate case records and documentation
