Desired Qualifications:
- Current certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Proven experience conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations, including cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes, 504 planning, and response-to-intervention strategies
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and consultation skills to effectively partner with staff, students, and families
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive school environment
- Ability to adapt to dynamic educational settings and demonstrate flexibility in duties
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform psychoeducational assessments and interpret data to inform eligibility and programming decisions
- Collaborate with educators and community members regarding student needs, intervention planning, and progress monitoring
- Participate actively in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings, providing expert recommendations and support
- Deliver short-term counseling and crisis intervention services to students as needed
- Offer consultation and resources to families, teachers, and administrative personnel
