Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
- Valid School Psychologist state licensure or eligibility
- NASP certification (preferred)
- Experience with psychological assessments, individualized education plans (IEPs), and data-driven interventions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective interventions and support plans
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to address academic, behavioral, and emotional concerns
- Participate in IEP meetings and help determine appropriate services for students
- Provide crisis intervention, group, and individual counseling
- Promote a positive school climate that respects diversity and fosters student well-being
