Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a valid state certification or license as a School Psychologist
- Demonstrated experience providing psychological evaluations, counseling, and intervention services in an educational environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in developing and interpreting Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and documentation abilities
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments to support student learning
- Provide consultation and support to teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student needs and interventions
- Develop and implement intervention strategies to address academic, emotional, and behavioral challenges
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Facilitate crisis intervention and prevention services
- Maintain accurate, confidential records in accordance with school and district policies
