Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Valid CT School Psychologist license (required)
- Experience with high school caseloads and transition programs preferred
- Strong assessment, consultation, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive student assessments and interpret results
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop student-centered interventions
- Support students in transition programs, promoting school readiness and independence
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for individualized education plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical best practices
