Qualifications:
- Active master's degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience supporting students across various grade levels: K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and families
- Adaptable and responsive to diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Administer psychological and educational assessments to evaluate student needs
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide recommendations to support academic success
- Deliver direct counseling and intervention services for students
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families about student development and best practices
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review progress and adjust supports
- Contribute to crisis prevention and intervention efforts within the school community
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to ethical and legal standards
