School Psychologist / School Counselor (Dual ESA Certification Required)

We are seeking a qualified School Psychologist/School Counselor to join a high school team in Pullman, WA for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing both psychological assessment services and counseling support to students.
Position Details
Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week

School Year: 2026–2027
Responsibilities
Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and reevaluations for special education eligibility.
Interpret assessment results and prepare comprehensive evaluation reports.
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Provide individual and/or group counseling services to students.
Support students' social-emotional, behavioral, and academic success.
Consult with teachers, families, and administrators regarding student needs and intervention strategies.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations.
Qualifications
Valid Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) School Psychologist certification.
Valid Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) School Counselor certification.
Ability to provide both evaluation and counseling services within a school setting.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
