Make a meaningful impact supporting students’ academic and emotional well-being as a School Psychologist in a contract role for the 2026-2027 school year. Two positions are available serving multiple elementary and middle schools in a dynamic educational setting near Eden Prairie, MN. This is an on-site role, working 37.5 hours per week from August 17, 2026, through May 28, 2027.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology.
- Hold a valid Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB) Tier 3 or Tier 4 license for School Psychology.
- Experience working within elementary and/or middle schools preferred.
- Strong collaborative skills to partner with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent assessment, counseling, and consultation abilities.
- Compassion, professionalism, and adaptability in a busy school environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students across multiple schools.
- Provide direct psychological services, including counseling and crisis intervention.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop individualized educational and behavioral plans.
- Interpret assessment data and prepare clear reports to support IEP and 504 processes.
- Offer guidance and professional expertise to support positive learning outcomes and safe school environments.
- Maintain accurate records, adhering to confidentiality and compliance standards.
