Key Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist license in Minnesota
- Previous experience with school-age children, preferably in early childhood settings
- Strong understanding of assessment tools, IEP processes, and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct services to students including counseling, behavior intervention, and crisis support
- Consult with teachers and families to create supportive learning environments
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all state and federal regulations
- Collaborate in professional development and contribute to a positive school climate
