Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and evaluations
- Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Response to Intervention (RTI) processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students’ strengths and areas for growth
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Offer guidance and support to teachers and parents regarding student learning and behavior
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address a range of student needs
- Assist with crisis intervention and behavioral supports
- Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive school culture
