Key Qualifications:
- Active School Psychologist license with the Virginia Department of Education (VA DOE)
- Current and valid Psychologist license for the state of Virginia
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills within school settings
- Ability to work independently on-site (remote or hybrid models are not an option)
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with students, staff, and families
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments
- Develop and deliver evidence-based interventions for students across various age groups (specific caseload details will be provided)
- Participate actively in student support teams and IEP meetings
- Offer counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to enhance students’ educational experiences
