This is a contract opportunity for a skilled School Psychologist who is passionate about providing psychological services to students in Grades K-5, Grades 6-8, and Grades 9-12. Both local and travel candidates are encouraged to apply for this full-time assignment throughout the full school year.
In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff to assess student needs, support mental health, promote positive behaviors, and foster a safe educational environment. Enjoy a supportive workplace culture that values your expertise and dedication.
Requirements for Success:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology
- Current and valid School Psychologist licensure
- Experience working in educational settings with Grades K-12
- Strong understanding of psychological assessment, intervention, and consultation techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Adaptable and adept at managing a dynamic school environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment data
- Collaborate with educators and families on intervention strategies and support plans
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) as needed
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention for students
- Promote positive behavioral supports and data-driven solutions
- Facilitate workshops or training sessions for staff and parents
