Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) as a School Psychologist required
- Experience working with K-12 and transition-age students
- Expertise in a variety of student evaluations and assessment tools
- Comfortable participating in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Strong communication skills for engaging parents and staff partners
- Familiarity with Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) implementation is a plus
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct diverse psychological evaluations for students across all grades, including transition age
- Attend and contribute to team meetings and offer support for parent conferences
- Deliver actionable recommendations for student interventions and supports
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and administrators within a structured school environment
- Provide input and resources for MTSS as needed
- Manage caseloads efficiently, focusing on quality assessments and timely reporting
- Potential hybrid schedule: one day of remote work weekly for indirect services
