Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Michigan School Psychologist Certification is required.
- Previous experience with elementary-aged children is highly valued.
- Proficient in conducting student evaluations and re-evaluations.
- Strong background in participating in Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) meetings.
- Ability to assist with crisis intervention as circumstances demand.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with educators, families, and staff.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver psychological assessments and interpret results to support student success.
- Participate actively in MTSS meetings, collaborating on strategies for student intervention.
- Lead crisis intervention and support services as needed within the school community.
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective, personalized educational plans.
- Keep detailed documentation, ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, and contribute to a positive learning atmosphere.
Enjoy meaningful compensation for your expertise, with hourly rates ranging from $45–$55 based on experience.
