Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology required
- Minimum two years of experience as a school psychologist intern or equivalent combination of education and experience
- State certification as a School Psychologist is mandatory
- Skilled in comprehensive psychoeducational evaluation, report writing, and communication
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams—teachers, administrators, families, and community agencies
- Proficient with data analysis, observations, and application of behavioral and psychological assessments
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism, adaptability, and sound judgment
- Comfortable operating computers, phones, and related office equipment
- Capable of fulfilling physical requirements, including occasional lifting of 5-10 pounds and periods of sedentary or active work

- Conduct detailed psychoeducational assessments and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Offer individual and group counseling services, fostering student mental health and positive school environments
- Collaborate closely with educators and parents on IEPs and intervention strategies
- Lead crisis intervention initiatives and participate in district-level crisis management
- Maintain thorough and accurate records for district and Medicaid purposes
- Deliver in-service instruction for school staff and families on topics related to psychological services
