Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree, Specialist’s, or Doctorate in School Psychology
- Active CDE Special Service Provider License endorsement
- Previous experience working in schools (required)
- Strong assessment, crisis management, and technology skills
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver group and individual counseling per IEPs for special education students
- Develop system-level interventions for student mental health, academic, and behavioral success
- Complete and interpret assessments, write evaluation reports, and participate in IEP development
- Manage crisis response, including suicide and threat assessments, and support safety planning
- Consult with staff, families, and community agencies; provide psychoeducation and resources
- Participate in collaborative meetings, professional development, and behavior/academic consultation
