School Psychologist - Aurora, MN

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and implementing intervention plans
- Strong understanding of federal and state special education regulations
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, inclusive educational environment
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administer psychological assessments to identify students’ strengths and needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide consultation and support to educators, parents, and administrators on student learning and behavior
- Deliver counseling services and crisis intervention as needed
- Assist with the implementation of positive behavioral supports and evidence-based interventions
- Facilitate staff training on mental health awareness and best practices
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and legal standards
