As a full-time School Psychologist, you’ll join a dynamic cohort of nine other psychologists in a collaborative, innovative environment. Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
  • Master’s or Specialist’s degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Experience working with K-12 populations, preferably in a school setting
  • Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpretations for students referred by teachers, parents, or administrators
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor student support plans
  • Offer direct and indirect interventions to address students’ academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Serve as a resource for faculty and staff on issues related to mental health, behavioral intervention, and learning support
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to eligibility determination and goal setting
  • Engage in school-wide initiatives aimed at promoting positive student outcomes across all grade levels
  • Caseload specifics will be determined closer to the end of the current school year, allowing for a tailored approach based on district needs
