Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with K-12 populations preferred
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Ability to work cohesively within a multidisciplinary team
- Familiarity with special education processes, IEPs, and federal/state educational regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and participate in eligibility determinations
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
- Collaborate with educators, families, and allied professionals to promote student success
- Develop and help implement behavioral and academic intervention plans
- Offer individual and group counseling to students
