Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Certification as a School Psychologist in Connecticut required; those with pending certification are encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated experience conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations in K-12 settings
- Strong report writing and communication skills, with the ability to present findings to multidisciplinary teams
- Adaptable to working both in person and in a hybrid model as required
- Background supporting diverse student populations preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and complete high-volume psychoeducational and eligibility evaluations
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to identify student needs and recommend strategies
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide consultation and support on academic, behavioral, and mental health issues
- Maintain accurate records and timely communication with the school community
