Key Qualifications:
- Active Vermont School Psychologist license required
- Previous experience working in a K-12 educational setting
- Demonstrated expertise in identifying and supporting students with learning disabilities
- Proficient in conducting educational and psychological evaluations
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple caseloads across different school sites
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver psychological services to students in grades K-12
- Conduct 50-60 evaluations per academic year, focusing on learning disability identification and intervention
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to develop and implement effective student plans
- Participate in problem-solving and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Maintain clear and accurate records in compliance with state and school policies
- Serve as a resource for school personnel regarding behavioral and mental health issues
- Work onsite Monday through Friday, providing support consistently across all assigned locations
