The ability to effectively communicate and adapt support across elementary, middle, and high school settings is essential.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid School Psychologist certification and state licensure
- Experience serving in elementary, middle, and high school settings
- Proficiency in psychoeducational assessment, interpretation, and counseling
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs and develop intervention strategies
- Partner with educators, families, and other specialists to support student learning and emotional health
- Develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct counseling services to students
- Assist in designing effective behavioral and academic interventions
- Participate in crisis response and provide recommendations for supporting student safety and well-being
