Elementary Certified School Psychologist | Montpelier, Vermont

Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid certification and licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with students in elementary, middle, and high school settings
- Demonstrated knowledge of psychological assessment tools and practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for successful collaboration with staff, students, and families
- Ability to develop and implement effective intervention and support strategies
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results to guide interventions and recommendations
- Support students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional development by providing individual and group counseling services
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral interventions
- Participate actively on multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Deliver crisis intervention and support as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and create detailed reports for student records
