- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with case management, IEPs, and legal requirements in school settings
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and conduct a caseload of initial and re-evaluations for elementary students, focusing on assessment, eligibility, and program development
- Collaborate closely with a team of school psychologists to share resources, knowledge, and best practices
- Serve as a valued member of multidisciplinary teams, contributing to the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide consultation and support to educators and families regarding academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of students
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines
