Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students referred for academic, behavioral, and emotional support
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized educational plans (IEPs) in accordance with federal and state guidelines
- Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students, supporting their social-emotional development and academic achievement
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to nurture a positive learning atmosphere
- Participate in multi-tiered support systems, including RTI and PBIS initiatives, across elementary, middle, and high school populations
- Offer crisis intervention, consultation, and ongoing staff support as needed
