Key Responsibilities:
- Perform psychological assessments to identify student strengths and areas for growth
- Partner with school teams and families on effective intervention strategies
- Provide guidance and crisis intervention as needed for students
- Lead or participate in IEP and eligibility meetings to ensure student needs are met
- Consult with educators on classroom accommodations and behavioral supports
- Help design and implement wellness initiatives and prevention programs campus-wide
- Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to a supportive, inclusive environment
