Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students across the full K-12 spectrum! A dynamic school district near Happy Valley, OR, is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to provide critical services on a full-time, contract basis—37.5 hours each week.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with a committed team of professionals and make a tangible difference in the lives of elementary, middle, and high school students. Using your expertise, you’ll help empower learners and guide them toward success by addressing their emotional, social, and educational needs.
What we’re seeking:
- Current Oregon School Psychologist licensure (required)
- Experience working in K-12 settings, including elementary, middle, and high schools
- Strong background in conducting psychological evaluations and assessments
- Commitment to ethical, inclusive, student-centered practices
- Stellar communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility, reliability, and excellent organizational abilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing thorough student evaluations and assessments to identify needs and strengths
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop strategies and interventions
- Supporting the creation and implementation of individual education and intervention plans
- Consulting on behavioral management and crisis intervention as needed
- Maintaining timely documentation in compliance with regulations and district standards
