Licensed Certified School Psychologist - Salem, OR

Qualifications and Experience:
- Current and active school psychologist licensure and certification required
- Previous experience working with high school-aged students strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) processes
- Proven expertise in Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA), Behavior Support Plan (BSP) coordination and facilitation
- Skilled in conducting Special Education Eligibility Assessments
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced school environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with school staff to implement and monitor MTSS at the high school level
- Facilitate and coordinate FBAs and BSPs, ensuring best practices for behavior intervention and support
- Lead and participate in multidisciplinary teams to assess and determine students’ special education eligibility
- Deliver direct psychological services to students as needed, supporting their social, emotional, and academic needs
- Provide consultation and guidance to teachers, families, and administrators regarding student support strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings and related processes
