- Valid School Psychologist certification and state license
- Experience working with high school student populations
- Familiarity with Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
- Proficiency in conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and coordinating/implementing Behavior Support Plans (BSP)
- Skilled in the Special Education (Sped) eligibility assessment process
- Effective communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
- Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide core school psychological services to a high school-aged population
- Facilitate and coordinate MTSS supports and interventions
- Conduct FBAs and oversee the development and execution of BSPs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for Sped eligibility assessments and IEP development
- Deliver direct student services as needed, supporting academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
- Maintain timely, accurate records and contribute to data-driven decision making
- Partner with staff, families, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive student support
