Qualifications:
- Valid licensure and certification as a school psychologist
- Previous experience serving elementary students preferred
- Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills
- Ability to develop and implement intervention strategies

Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for elementary students
- Develop and recommend interventions, accommodations, and individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service staff to support student success
- Deliver counseling services and crisis intervention as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student planning
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all ethical and legal standards
- Support RtI/MTSS initiatives and school-wide social-emotional learning
