School Psychologist - Papillion, NE

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid state licensure or certification to practice as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience working with elementary school populations preferred
- Strong understanding of RTI/MTSS frameworks and special education evaluation processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results to support individualized educational planning
- Provide individual and group counseling for students as needed
- Participate in response to intervention (RTI) and problem-solving teams
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective interventions
- Contribute to the development of behavior management plans
- Consult with staff regarding academic and behavioral intervention strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations
