Key Qualifications:
- Active, or in-process, Colorado Department of Education (CDE) School Psychologist license (required for resume review)
- Minimum of one year of classroom experience in an educational setting
- Strong assessment, consultation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to provide services onsite
- Commitment to supporting student needs across all grade levels and adapting interventions accordingly
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results to determine students’ educational needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct social-emotional and behavioral interventions to students across Pre-K to 8th grades
- Facilitate professional development activities and participate in teacher support initiatives
- Provide expertise and participate in parent-teacher conferences as needed
- Maintain up-to-date student records, strictly adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines
