Key Qualifications:

  • Active, or in-process, Colorado Department of Education (CDE) School Psychologist license (required for resume review)
  • Minimum of one year of classroom experience in an educational setting
  • Strong assessment, consultation, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to provide services onsite
  • Commitment to supporting student needs across all grade levels and adapting interventions accordingly

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results to determine students’ educational needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct social-emotional and behavioral interventions to students across Pre-K to 8th grades
  • Facilitate professional development activities and participate in teacher support initiatives
  • Provide expertise and participate in parent-teacher conferences as needed
  • Maintain up-to-date student records, strictly adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines
