Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychological services to students, including assessment, evaluation, counseling, and crisis intervention
- Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective educational plans
- Conduct formal and informal assessments to identify students’ learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Participate in the development and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Facilitate social-emotional learning and behavioral interventions
- Deliver support and resources to families and staff regarding mental health, learning challenges, and student well-being
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records in compliance with federal and state guidelines
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and school-wide initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive school climate
