School Psychologist - Milton, Vermont

This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to work across multiple K-12 sites—all conveniently located within a half-mile radius. As a valued member of a supportive community, you’ll provide essential assessment and support services throughout the academic year.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active and valid Vermont School Psychologist license is required
- Prior experience as a School Psychologist, preferably in a school-based setting
- Demonstrated skill and confidence in identifying and evaluating learning disabilities
- Comfortable managing a high volume of annual evaluations (50-60)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and families
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for K-12 students across several nearby school campuses
- Identify and support students with learning disabilities and other academic or behavioral concerns
- Administer and interpret assessment tools to inform educational planning and interventions
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of assessments, findings, and recommendations
- Serve as a dedicated resource for intervention strategies and support services
Enjoy a consistent Monday-Friday schedule (37.5 hours per week), working onsite with engaged colleagues and a diverse student population. The position is entirely in-person, allowing you to build lasting relationships and make a tangible difference in students’ educational journeys.
