Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid certification/licensure in school psychology (or eligibility for Indiana credentialing)
- Experience supporting students from kindergarten through twelfth grade in educational settings
- Strong understanding of counseling, assessment, and intervention techniques
- Ability to conduct evaluations, interpret results, and create actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of IEPs, 504 plans, and special education regulations preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, consultation, and counseling services to students across K–12 grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support the academic, emotional, and behavioral needs of the students
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, including IEP and eligibility discussions
- Deliver crisis intervention, behavioral consultation, and small group counseling
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of evaluations and services
