A fulfilling opportunity awaits a dedicated School Psychologist with experience in assessments and re-evaluations. This contract-based, itinerant position serves two supportive school sites in close proximity. You’ll be essential in supporting students’ educational journeys through quality psychoeducational evaluations and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. With a primary emphasis on re-evaluations, this is an ideal role for psychologists who prefer minimal counseling responsibilities and value the chance to focus on assessment and compliance work.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Oregon School Psychologist license (TSPC credential required)
- Background in school-based evaluations strongly preferred
- Demonstrated excellence in evaluation report writing and organization
- Ability to effectively manage a schedule across two schools
- Collaborative mindset and readiness to work with diverse teams
Core Duties:
- Complete comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations, primarily for triennial reviews
- Draft detailed, compliant evaluation reports to inform intervention planning
- Take part in IEP meetings, providing expert input during team discussions
- Stay current with compliance deadlines and ensure all required paperwork meets state and federal standards
- Consult with staff and families as needed to support students’ academic and social-emotional progress
This full-time position (37.5–40 hours per week) begins as soon as possible and extends through the 2026–2027 school year. Compensation is competitive and based on experience, with weekly pay, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision, a 401(k) plan with company match, as well as CEU reimbursement and ongoing professional support.
