What We Seek:
- Hold appropriate state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Master’s, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or equivalent
- Experience with behavioral and academic assessments, counseling, and intervention strategies
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, capable of supporting multidisciplinary teams
- Comfort navigating multiple school sites or working in a hybrid setting
- Adaptable approach to changing student and building needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and educational evaluations to identify student strengths and needs
- Develop and implement intervention strategies for academic, behavioral, and social challenges
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, crisis management planning, and student support teams
- Provide direct counseling, consultation, and training to staff, students, and families
- Foster positive learning environments and promote student wellness
