Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
- Valid and current School Psychologist certification/license as required by state guidelines
- Experience conducting psychological and educational assessments in K-12 settings
- Strong knowledge of Special Education process, including eligibility, interventions, and IEP development
- Comfort with technology for virtual collaboration and report writing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse students and staff
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct comprehensive onsite assessments for students referred for services
- Develop and interpret assessment reports, identifying students’ strengths and challenges
- Participate in IEP meetings—onsite or virtually as determined by district needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support personnel to deliver student-focused solutions
- Offer consultation and intervention support for educators and parents to promote positive learning outcomes
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and compliance with district and state regulations
You’ll enjoy a dynamic hybrid schedule, with onsite presence for assessments balanced by the ability to work remotely on reports and meetings. This position values both your professional skills and your need for flexibility. Compensation for this role offers a competitive hourly range between $50 and $65, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
